This notice explains how KUBZ MEDIA LTD (company number 17417307) handles personal information when you enquire, buy a service or work with us.

Information we collect

We may receive your name, business name, email address, telephone number, project brief, correspondence, supplied creative materials, transaction details and any other information you choose to provide.

How we use it

We use information to respond to enquiries, provide and administer services, take payment, keep business and accounting records, prevent misuse, meet legal obligations and—with permission where required—send relevant marketing.

Our lawful reasons

Depending on the situation, we rely on steps requested before a contract, performance of a contract, legal obligations, legitimate business interests or consent. You can withdraw consent for future use where consent is the basis.

Who receives information

We share information only when reasonably necessary with service providers involved in communication, hosting, file storage, creative production, professional advice and payment processing. Stripe processes payment information under its own privacy practices; Kubz Media does not receive your full card details. We may also disclose information when required by law.

International services

Some technology providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we use providers and safeguards intended to protect the information under UK data-protection law.

Retention

We keep enquiry and project information only for as long as needed for the purpose collected, contractual records, tax and accounting requirements, dispute handling and legal obligations. Retention periods vary with the record.

Your rights

Depending on the circumstances, you may ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability, and may complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Some rights have legal limits.

Cookies and analytics

Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics load only if you allow analytics. You can reject analytics or withdraw consent using Analytics settings. No advertising pixels are loaded.

With consent, Google Analytics also measures contact and checkout-button clicks. These clicks are not recorded as completed purchases. Google Analytics uses first-party cookies, configured here with a 90-day expiry. Advertising storage and personalisation remain disabled. The consent settings apply to both analytics providers. No message content or payment details are included in our custom click events.
